Before Eon builds anything new, his dad teaches a habit that every maker needs: save your work — and learn what a project really is.
What's a project?
A project is your saved work, packed up so you can close the app and reopen it later — with everything exactly where you left it. Your half-finished sculpture isn't lost; it's waiting for you.
In Nomad Sculpt, you create a project to start fresh, and you save to keep your progress. Skip the save and a closed app could mean starting over — every artist and coder learns this lesson (sometimes the hard way!).
Why saving matters so much
Real creators save constantly — after every big change. Computers can crash, batteries die, and apps close. Saving early and often is the quiet superpower behind every finished project.
Naming the series
Eon and his dad realize this set of videos needs a name. That sparks a good question — what's a series?
A series is a group of videos (or lessons) that belong together and build on each other. They already had one called the Coding Lab — so this one becomes the Modeling series.
Giving a series a name gives it an identity, so viewers know what to expect and can follow along in order.
Try it
On any device, make something small, save it with a clear name, fully close the app, and reopen it. Seeing your work come back exactly as you left it is the whole point of a project.
