Not every adventure happens inside a video game. Here are four quick real-world moments with Eon — out on the water, at the beach, in an old home video, and at a restaurant for the very first time. Each clip is short, but full of the same thing: curiosity.

Night fishing for squid

In the first clip, Eon is out sea fishing for squid, and he's determined: "I'm going to catch it." Catching squid takes a trick — you drop the line down, then pull it up suddenly to make the lure dance.

But the coolest part is why it works. Eon asks why they switch the light off, and the answer is a tiny science lesson:

"Light will attract the plankton, and squid eat the plankton, so squid will gather around here."

That's a whole food chain in one sentence. Light draws in drifting plankton (super-tiny ocean creatures), the plankton draw in the squid, and the squid gather right where you can fish for them.

A wavy day at the beach

Next, Eon spends a day at the beach, and the first thing he notices is the weather. It's hot, and "the wave today is more than yesterday."

That's a real observation: the ocean isn't the same two days in a row. Waves change with the wind and weather, so some days are calm and some are big and rolling. Eon isn't sure how it'll go — "It's not going to go well" — but then it's all "Let's go! Let's go! Woah!" and laughter. Sometimes the bigger waves are the best part.

A 3-year-old singing video

The third clip is a treasure from the family archive: a home video of Eon singing at just 3 years old. There's music, a little happy screaming, and a wobbly, joyful voice carrying a tune.

There's nothing to study here, just something sweet to enjoy. It's a reminder that everybody starts small. The kid building games and learning science today was once a three-year-old singing his heart out.

Trying Wendy's for the first time

Finally, Eon visits Wendy's for the first time ever — a proper taste-test. He lays out the whole spread: a cheeseburger, French fries, a drink, a sauce, and a toy that came with his kids' meal (the smaller, kid-sized portion).

He's a careful food critic, too. His drink tastes different — "a special flavor," "like cherry vanilla" — and he's very sure about the nuggets: "the best chicken nugget on earth." Whether or not you agree, that's the right spirit: try something new, notice the flavors, and make up your own mind.

Try it

Pick one of Eon's moments and make it yours. Compare two days of weather — is it windier or calmer than yesterday? Do a taste-test with two snacks and describe how they're different, like a real food critic. Or find a baby photo or old video of yourself and notice how much you've grown. Small moments like these are everywhere — all it takes is a little curiosity to turn them into a tiny adventure.
